Floyd is the best in the sport and only person that qualifies for a FLoyd fight at this time is Manny Pacquiao, considering the fact he already beat Mosley. Like I said the dude fought 7 months ago, and a fighter of his caliber or Mannys may fight twice a year at the most. But we all know floyds fights are like superbowl events so he usually fights once and cashes out at the end of the year. So within 7 months since his last fight, how the hell could he have fought 5 times, considering the fact that Manny had just fought clottey in march, floyd fought in May. We don't expect 5 fights in 7 months, we do however expect him to be discussing his next opponent 7 months after his last...not going on vacation/court. Like you said, it takes a good 3-4 months to promote a fight. If he signed a fight today, that would make it 11 months between fights. Most likely we will have to wait over a year between his Mosley fight and his next opponent. Bro, when floyd gets ready to come back to work then he'll go to work. Until then he's free to do what he wants. Floyd retired on top and didnt plan to come back to the sport of boxing. They asked floyd, "what would bring him out of retirement", he said a big money fight. He came out of retirement to face Manny Pacquiao, and everyone knows it. Only a small brain person would buy into a persons hit list in the sport of boxing. Say floyd did have hit list and it contained Pac, mosley, cotto, clottey, margarito... He fought Mosley 7 months ago...mean while the fighters on his list would have to fight, some would lose sending them back to the drawing board and some would win...Besides Mosley and Pac on the list...what fighter on that list should really get a shot at floyd??? Didn't Floyd have a hit list (of 5 fights and names)? I know Mosley's name was on the list...Who else? NOTE: This topic has no agenda. I just could have sworn he had a hit list that he made a big deal of when he came back...Did I imagine this? 5 fight comeback plan. that's what all his fans on this site told me, from grustler to burner to everyone. not gonna happen. he was supposed to fight the best.
