No, not at all. He doesn't have that much skill, even with a chin a lot of fighters could beat him. Not to say he's a bum, but it's not like Wlad is this supremely athletic and skilled fighter that just has a bad chin.

i partially disagree. i dont think theres anything wrong with his chin and personally consider it to have been more of a stamina issue. sanders just caught him with fast shots he didnt see. if he had such a bad chin he wouldnt get up or attempt to get up everytime he gets knocked down. to answer the actual question, i think a prime wlad gives any other prime heavyweight in history a good run for their money Sanders was actually out boxing him before knocking him out. Wlad with a chin could also still be roughed up on the inside against Tyson and out manuevered vs Holmes, Lewis and Ali.

Tyson with brains beats anybody. Iron Mike's only weakness was that he wasn't a fighter that could adapt on the fly and switch u his style. IMO Tyson with some high level slickness is almost impossible to beat.

He would have a totally different style of fighting probably, if he wasn't so scared of getting chinned. You make a good point. He would probably be much more dangerous but even then he would have to limit his out put. A man of that size couldn't be pressure fighter, IMO.
