Who is the best Latino fighter in the history of boxing? IMO it is?

Roberto Duran Is the best latino fighter of all time, Man I know at the end of his career he had many losses and was washed up trying to fight but in his prime I dont think any Latino fighter can come close, especially at lightweight, He had wars with great fighters like Hagler and even beat a prime Sugar Ray Leonard. Can you imagine some Latino fighter beating Floyd Mayweather today, Sugar Ray Leonard was the MAywather of his time!! Second best latino fighter of all time IMO would be Julio Cesar Chavez! What you guys think???
