i thought vic landed the cleaner shots thru out the fight mares was just more active and he was also pressin the fight it was close but i had vic up by 1.to all the mexicans that didn't think it was close did you also feel like marquez was losin to the more agressive katsidis? Come on man!! How can you compare Darchynian's performance to Juan Manuel Marquez?? Yeah JuanMa Marquez is a counterpuncher but he is a very technical fighter and throws many more combinations then VIC. Vic looked horrible only landing the occasional straight left, not nearly enough to win. yeah im Mexican but i dont let my nationality judge fights!!!Vic lost!! MAres took all his best punches and kept coming, the bully got bullied!!

Never liked Darchinyan and I'm glad he lost last night. He had his will broken and he only landed one type of punch in the whole fight while Mares mixed it up.

Horrible thread from a shitty poster. Darchinyan will turn 35 in a few weeks, that's very old for those small weight divisions. He's been through a lot of wars. I thought he fought very well last night against a very tough opponent, and I thought he deserved to win a close fight. Your a moron!! If you dont like my thread then stay the f_ck of it!! I saw the fight, Abner was the agressor and landed more punches, Darchynian got tired in the last half of the fight so he started holding and running, A least explain how you think Darchynian won the fight you moron!!!

Mares clearly won, the fight was not even close. the one handed fighter took a classic a$s kicking and blamed it on the ref, thats a sign that even he acknowledges he lost NOT EVEN CLOSE

Darchinyan not being able to stop Mares prob says more abotu Abner then Vic. Abner has a rock solid chin, took alot of big uppercut/straight lefts.
