Quote: "According to the study, Ricky punches with a massive 400kg (882 pounds) of instantaneous force. When you bear in mind that the average man in the street with no boxing experience has an impact of about 40kg (88 pounds), that means Ricky is ten times harder than most of us. And if that didn’t make the point, his punching force is also twice that of the power in the average Premiership footballer’s kick!"

Would of liked to seen a prime Hamed do this test. Im sure he did. Ive heard loads of storys on here about guys like him, Foreman and Eubank having WILD psi results. So inacurate tho. Means diddly squat

I find it funny Ricky Hatton scored higher than Corrie Sanders on a similarly bogus test. Sure pro's punch hard, much much harder than the average bear. It's the numbers that are questionable. If I remember correctly, energy = (mass) X (speed squared). Maybe the kind of testing they are doing is not measuring the mass effect well.
