i think he is. this fight is utterly important to him. if he cant weather this storm he wont be able to be a big factor in boxing imo. he HAS to get this victory

khan has to get knocked out at least 2-3 more times to become a journeyman. he'll be like audley.
Boxing old timers will be rolling in their graves. It wasn't long ago that the greatest fighters of their day (and any other) were walking around with seven or eight losses under their belts. Now all that matters is the '0'.
A childish obsession which is indicative of a complete misunderstanding of the sport.
Khan will never be a journeyman, he's rich and famous enough already that he's set for life.
If he loses we will have to abandon hope of him ever really doing his hype justice, but he can still offer problems to a certain type of fighter, i.e. those that don't have much pop or of a defensive disposition.
No, he'll be what people think of him now, an extremely talented fighter with a weak chin. He'll still be able to have a good career and beat some good fighters.
I wouldn't say journeyman, just a couple of echelons below elite. I consider a journeyman to be someone that's always around but never really achieves anything big and just seems to be there to be a step-up win for a prospect.
Khan's already got some decent names on his resume and he can box albeit with the question mark over his chin. I think if he loses (which I can't see him doing), he'll be around PWill's status level (ie not close to elite but still a tough opponent for most very solid boxers).
