Go look up Oscar and Heanrs amateur KO% when they were 16 and then we can compare because thats when Canelo turned pro

For those who know anything about the body he is still going through puberty, it stops about early twenties to mid twenties so he will gain some more weight and power over the next few years naturally. He may even have to move up a division if he struggling to mae weight. I believe 154 is easy for him he doesn't cut any weight, but he won't be able to make 147 too much longer
