MARQUEZ vs KATSIDIS who wins??? POLL

With Katsidis recent loss of his brother, he can either be really motivated or just a good actor putting on an act. Any openings JMM will take advantage. Potential for an exciting fight.

I cant wait for this fight,I think they overlook Katsidis! Wins over Casamayor and Diaz doesnt impress me at all. I still think Marquez aint no lightweight and that Kats will punish him. Yeah it will be a war with Katsidis. I see this fight going down like the first JMM-Diaz fight. Diaz almost had it but he lost his aggression when he started getting tagged and cut up. Katsidis on the other hand I consider a much physically and mentally tougher fighter and I think he can pull this off. Katsidis should stay away from boxing and keep this fight rough and ugly as much as possible.

Actually, it was *TWO* bombs by JMM(original 126)against the bigger Cuban(original 130). And it's called *POWER*. JMM also struggled with the much bigger Diaz(original 135) until he landed those *TWO* bombs. Kinda like the way Sergio Martinez struggled with Williams for a whole fight plus a few more rounds until he landed that bomb. Same thing for Leonard vs Hearns until he landed that bomb, ditto Marciano vs Walcott until that bomb, etc, etc, etc. Bigger Cuban is actually 70 year old and he got dominate 11 rounds to 1 against Santa Cruz before that fight. And Diaz is complete bum. Katsidis is true test,I hope Marquez wins cuz I want third fight but I think this will be upset!

I think marquez will win in a tough fight. IMO People view of marquez changed after the Mayweather fight... yeah he looked terrible that night but cmon dont judge him because of that night at least he didnt get Koed. Katsidis is no mayweather. Still can go either way but ive got marquez in something like a 60% chance of winning to a 30% chance of lossing to a 10%chance of a draw ( which is possible in this kind of fights)

cant count out katsidis as he is a warrior also but he couldnt even finish off casamayor. i like how everyone says hes too small but hes knocking out people in a wieghtclass he is "supposesly too small" for. just shows the stupidity of people. Marquez is the best in lightweight no doubt and he could move up to jr welterwieght as his skill allows him too and he still in my opinion would be able to knock out someone from that weightclass. Put him in with ortiz and make him quit, put him in with maidana and watch him counter him and k.o him, put him in with bradley and watch marquez counter his speed with skill, put him in with alexander and jmm outboxes him anyday, khan would probably be difficult as hes bigger but jmm could beat him too:bryce:

this should be a good fight. JMM is gettin on a bit now but he has still got great skills and is a true warrior. katsidis isnt as technically gifted but he can bang. i expect JMM to win a good fight.

Saying Marquez has 0 defense just shows how ignorant you are to this fight, and I would strongly advise you not to bet with that idiotic mentality....I'm not saying Katsidis doesn't have a chance because he does, but saying Marquez has 0 defense is flat out stupid Marquez wins the fight by slicing Kats face up and the ref stops it

I'll go with Marquez, because he's a proven great fighter with a lot of skill. That said, any fighter with great power always has a good chance. Still picking Marquez.

I honestly think Marquez is distracted with Pacman fight and that Katsidis will shock the world. Marquez is great offensive fighter but he has 0 defense and he will get punished this weekend! Who you got? I'm with Pull on this, unless JMM gets old overnight he has this in the bag. Katsidis eats punches all night, then goes down around 7. The only thing Katsidis has is a punch but if Pac can't keep JMM down this aussie ain't doin sh1t.
