If I was Pac, I'd agree to the random testing, but have the fight at 140 with a prohibitive penalty for every pound over. Floyd hates to drain to make weight, which is why he hasn't done it since the Chavez fight. 15 rounds isn't really an advantage to Pac, I've never once seen Floyd tire in a fight and Pac is likely to burn more energy trying to catch Floyd. The 15 rounder is not about Floyd tiring. It's the accumulation of punches pac will be throwing and for me the 13th-15 round would be the championship rounds coz even of Floyd runs by the time it is the 13-15th, pac's punches will takes it effect. Remember it will be a cat and mouse game,pac will have a hard time catching him and therefore get a few punches landing. I feel that extra 3 rounds will have no chance to hide but to engage pac.
