Mine was when antonio tarver asked roy jones jr did he have any excuses during the pre fight discussion ,then knocked him out in the 2nd rd for 13 minutes
that was classic
My first live fight. Zab Judah vs Kostza Tszyu. I was watching the Yankees vs Diamondbacks world series game in the sports book. Got to the fight inbetween the 1st and 2nd round to almost get hit by a chair later and the mini riot. And to top it off I paid $300 to sit ringside. I was hooked then
My first real moment would undoubtedly be the biggest memory. The first fight I watched from bell to bell was Julio Cesar Chavez' first loss. He was so hyped up from the guys in my family and to see him lose was insane.
I was young and it was very intense. Nonetheless, aside from that, the Tarver KO victory of Roy Jones was also incredibly memorable.
George Foreman knocking out Moorer to become the oldest HW champ. I was around 13 watching this fight, and I was getting bored watching Foreman getting his ass handed to him by Moorer.
Then all of a sudden, boom! Foreman's big right hand ended Moorer's short title reign and made history that night.
When Corrales won via TKO after getting his ass whooped for the majority of the round, that was one of the best fights and ending's I've ever seen. I will ALWAYS remember that fight.
dont know about in ring but commentary wise i loved it when lampley was beggin for frank to stop the fight when ward was teein off on gatti only to witness gatti come back and lampley in complete silence...priceless!!
That’s funny, it reminds me of the Bowe/Holyfield III fight where Bowe was giving it to Evander and Foreman’s annoying @ss was begging the ref to stop it only to see Holyfield floor Bowe.
George felt like a discount priced hooker at a New Years Eve party.
