As much as I love to make fun of Cotto for being a quitter, this is 100% true. You can't accuse him of ducking anyone. Call me crazy but I think he had a shot at Mayweather in maybe 06-08. Not anymore though. Would have been a lot better then Judah, Baldomir and JMM at least.
