:lol1: And how did their indefensible jabs help them in their fights? Take a look at their faces in the post fight pics/videos, that should tell you how effective that was. Also: Wow that's shows some great countering by Pac....you can see how much he's developed. But what's more evident is the inability to adapt by Cotto. How many times you gonna countered before you decide to feint and throw a right hand or an uppercut cuz Pac was leaning in every time screaming to get caught. Pac did a great job....Cotto, not so much.

He countered off the jab most of the night. It was only when Margarito doubled the jab or threw a right hand off it did he force Pac to retreat. I was very impressed by Pacquiao. But I think Margarito's lack of speed and overall predictability may also have benefited Pacquiao's ability to counter it. With that said, Pac still got hit by quite a few jabs but I'm not really sure that's gonna be a big factor against Mayweather.

floyd cannot make pac respect him....he does'nt have the offense to do that....no power, minimum pucher, and runs most of the time...i see it as pac vs clottey but a lil closer! Go back & watch Floyd-Mosley,there is power in Floyd's hands,I thought like U do until he out pressure,out fought & out gunned a bigger stronger man!!He pushed Mosley around the ring for 10 rounds,he's not as weak as people believe!!

Im sure Freddie knows this. This is the biggest fight of Pacs life and they need to start by avoiding or slipping jabs and come back with fire. If you can get past Mayweathers jab which is not easy at all then Pacs chances increase alot.

I was not aware that Clottey and Margarito fight the same way as Mayweather.
