He became the unified Middleweight Champion earlier in the year by defeating Kelly Pavlik. If he impresses this weekend and defeats the Punanisher, I say he deserves to be positioned #2 in the P4P rankings.
Sergio is right on Manny's heels with this KTFO win...
Sergio vs Manny, lets make it happen!!!
Bye bye Floyd.
The recent past dictates that;
Sergio just came off an extremely impressive win= Pac will have absolutely nothing to do with him...PERIOD!

manny would never fight sergio after that ****!!! no way...it just aint happening
Floyds best win is against a shot overtrained 38 year old who got blood drained to boot.
How is he even on the list?
Of course Martinez is ahead of him.
:lol1:
You could definitely make an argument because of Floyd's inactivity. And the wins over Pavlik and Williams are better than losing every round with floyd and wining agains Diaz, so...
Yeah, sure. :)
He had no business to be in the same ring with Floyd.
He moves down a spot because he lost to the best boxer in the world in a weight class he never fought before?
Martinez should be ranked #4 right now. Martinez moves up to #3 if he has a great performance against Williams.
Honestly no fighter is skilled enough or talented enough to share a ring with Floyd. But facts are facts. He was shut out. He moved up challenged himself and failed. A loss is a loss.
The Martinez-Williams imo has a case for P4P NUmber 1.
Floyd fought the best WW. But hasnt fought since.
Pac took to crap fighs ina row in 2010. Hes done nothing this year.
Williams and Martinez is a legit Top 5 P4P match up.
JMM got his ass beat and lost every round to Floyd Mayweather.
Beating a shot Diaz did nothing for me.
1. Mayweather
2. Pacquiao
3. Williams
4. JMM
5. Martinez or Montiel (coin flip)

I havent made a list in a while.
My top 5 today would be:
1. Floyd
2. Manny
3. Williams
4. JMM
5. Martinez or Montiel
Oh... OK last time I saw you had Pac #3 and P-Will #2...
I remember cuz I thought it was hilarious.
Don't you have Pac in the third spot? And, P-Will number 2? So he will take the #2 spot right?

JMM never lost his #3 p4p ranking. :wtf1:

It depends on how you weigh in on inactivity. Sergio would have a very impressive year if he wins.
I admit that Floyd is very skilled and I don't like him or his fights at all.
I would say that Sergio deserves it more.
I'd be ok with it because wifebeater is on vacation and there is no indication that he will return.
but truthfully, there is a big gap between wifebeater at #2 and the rest of them from 3-10.
