How would Pacquiao fight Mayweather??

I think Pacquiao would actually box a little if he were to fight Mayweather. He has such good footwork to get in and out. This would be a good strategy as long as he didn't get to carried away with it. Floyd is a master boxer and would ultimately have the supreme advantage but I could see Pac using it in spots. I still think that Pacquiao would win the fight with high volume punching. This would be the present the biggest problem for Mayweather. I'm just saying that Pac is fast enough and talented enough to box in spots just to Mix it up a little. I would like to get people's thoughts on this.

Floyd/Pac I just joined the site and this is my first post. Manny is simply amazing, he continues to impress me every time he fights. He is humble, respectful, honest and a true gentleman and people's champion. The Phillippines are and should be proud. However, I catch a lot of heat for saying this all the time, I do not believe he can beat Floyd Mayweather. People many times judge or go with their heart and not their head. Floyds a loudmouth, arrogant, troublemaking idiot, I agree 100%. But I truly believe he is the best fighter on the planet, hands down. If they fight, it would be great, competitive, etc.... but after Manny winning the first 2-3 rds maybe, Floyd would take control and systematically defeat Manny. Floyd would shoulder roll, tie up, pivot, spin, use footwork to avoid any true danger from Manny. In addition Manny is and always has been there to be hit, he may not be hurt by Floyd, but hit a lot nonetheless. Check hooks coming in, lead rights to the head, to the body, etc. The only way to beat Manny is to be a fast, counterpunching, defensive wizard with some power/pop. That is Floyd, period. I know the world would be devastated if Floyd beat him because Manny is such a great person, but....world...prepare yourself.

I like the replies!! I see that alot of people are maintaining good humor about this possible match up. There is way too much B.S. getting in the way. I'm worried that by the time the fight gets made one of the fighters will be tainted or too old(mayweather, he's what 34). Remember Ray Leonard,...he was shot at 34, so was Jones, and so on. That's one of the reasons why I pick Pac. I think as of right now Mayweather will be off by a bit. A bit will possibbly spell disaster against the talent and arsenal of Pac. I don't know. It's frustrating to me. They will probably make a Marquez fight for Pac. I don't want to see this. Pac will probably destroy him. Especially at 147. Who wants to see this??

I like to pride myself as being unbiased, I personally thought Mayweather can beat Pac with precision and timing. After the Margarito fight?? I'm thinking a little harder about it. Pac was too quick, too mobile and too strong for Magarito. I think the volume of punches could pose a problem for Mayweather, who is naturally a counter-puncher IMO. Mayweather is a smart fighter, I'd like to maintain my position of a Mayweather victory but again, this fight was very telling. I'm definitely intrigued by the notion of them fighting but it's only a dream for now.
