umm no but he is greater then floyd though, no doubt.

He is one of the greatest fighters I have ever seen. Prime Tyson, Pacquiao, prime Jones, Leonard, young Mayweather, Pernell...............Pac has the best offense though overall, he is overwhelming. Like Steward says, he is a machine **guys that I have personally seen fight....not counting videos of yesteryear's boxers like Ali, Robinson, etc.

The man is this generations ATG in my book, to do what he has done in time frame of those accomplishments only to continue to seek out riskier opponents for the sake of pleasing the boxing audience is beyond anything I have witnessed since. The man is the peoples champ personified…

Question is probably impossible to answer IMO. He is probably one of the greatest but only someone who has lived to see all the other great fighters and lived in their era can accurately answer. Even then, the answer may be wrong.

Is he just the greatest people's champ in giving the people what they want to see. Yes because he could have coasted the last 4 rounds but instead still risks it. Pac takes hits because he risks it until the 12 round.
