i've laughed at way more fcked up jokes than this. see, when telling dead baby jokes, murder jokes, etc. you need to be aware of the delivery, timing, and your target audience to make them work. there are some unwritten rules like during the case of laci peterson, one week was at least given first before such jokes were made. if i saw them do these parkinson's act at a bar or something, i would've been laughing with them, but elie's youtube channel isn't the right place for these kinds of stuffs imo, it's too mainstream for that and alot of people would be offended... not just pacquiao/roach fans, but margarito/floyd fans as well.
