Guillermo Rigondeaux vs. Celestino Caballero

I think Rigo beats Caballero. Caballero is overrated, his punches are wide, and he's sloppy. You're right, too wide open to someone with that amateur experience.

Rigondeaux is strictly a counterpuncher, he almost never leads and doesn't want to. Good luck sitting on your back foot and trying to consistently counterpunch someone that's 4-5-6 inches taller. Caballero is underrated because of his awkward/sloppy punching technique, but the man has few holes in his game other than that and would tattoo Rigondeaux into submission at this point. I haven't caught it either, but it was 6 years ago. Pacquiao was a one handed fighter 6 years ago. Caballero has dominated 3 top 10 lefties since then and is staying in shape year round fighting at a healthier weight. He offered the rematch to Cordoba and could've proven it, but Cordoba took the Rigondeaux fight instead. What about the Mathebula fight? How did Cordoba beat Cab? Was Cab off his A game? I haven't seen the fight. But the scores are one-sided and Cab got knocked down in the 10th. I wish somebody could find this fight. Corboda convincingly beat him and dropped him in a battle of Panamanians, in Panama. But that was at 122. Tough to believe that he's not healthier at 126/130.
