Arthur Abraham has to be the most likeable character in boxing today

He is a very likable guy. I don't understand all the hate. Every boxer makes mistake you know. He doesn't make excuses and he fights. That's all about the sport.

I have a German friend who is involved in the boxing media and she has said that Abraham is a real jerk just as you are saying. She also says his brother is worse and the guys they surround themselves with are a bunch of hairy ass overly aggressive muscleheads who treat women like sh*t. People forget Abraham has been accused of sexual assault and his brother kicked Edison Miranda while he was down after Abe knocked him out. His little bro is an even bigger piece of sh*t now that you mentioned it, he stabbed someone in a fight not too long ago. Whole family of d*ckhe@ads.

In one of those 360's he was pointing out this cute chick to the camera guy. That was classic. The goods. When he said 'she is good for you no?' that was brilliant

You can do that for any boxer son I saw the fight with my own eyes...Dirrell didn't even know what happened he was knocked out so bad. It was a blatant foul by a desperate man who Dirrell was schooling prior to that. Why else would Dirrell would drop out of the Super Six and miss out on major $$$? i remember him giving some people in the crowd this smug up and down look like he was disgusted with them and was looking down on them, he comes across as someone who is really up his own ass and thinks he's the best thing my guess is he comes off as likable to english speaking people the same way pacquiao does, because it's kind of amusin with their broken english and their attempts at jokes in the language

I kind of ignored that because of his willingless to slug it out (Miranda I was sick), unlike Mayweather, but the Dirrell fight put everything is perspective. I've always liked Abraham, you can see the guy loves to fight with everything he does in and out of the ring. And yes indeed he's a character, with his limited english he's still hilarious and cheeky. Oh and he's gonna be the first to shut that twat Froch UP!
