Look. This is an internet forum, not a trial or administrative hearing. The evidence was already presented and evaluated -by actual experts- and an imparcial decision was reached. Well on HBO they said it was calcuim and sulphate (if that's how you spell it) elements to make plaster of paris. I don't know, to be honest. In a way they did ban him for life as of now in california because he's never going to admit to it, and they wont license him until he does. All I know is that there was something in there and obviously wasn't legal, just as titos wraps they weren't legal that's why they were re-wrapped. Almost causing the fight to never happen. HBO ALWAYS says that it was "plaster-like" substance...I believe Capetillo said that it was used gauze for an injured fighter or something along the lines...they never says it WAS Plaster of Paris.
