Because if he takes the tests and lose, everyone will he was juicing cuz he has to take the test, hence he couldn't juice. But if he takes the tests and wins, that would shoot down every ped accusations made against him. In short: PAC loses fight while taking ost = confirmed he's nothing without peds. PAC wins fight while taking ost = he's a genuine ATG. And there's ALWAYS a chance he could lose. Afterall, most boxing experts, even pro boxers believes Floyd's skills can win against Pac's style. I mean if tommorow was the biggest fight of your life, don't you want to be 100% physically and mentally ready? As I said, hair samples can detect peds. If Floyd is so serious about cleaning up boxing, he should go up to the boxing commission and propose that every pro boxer is required to take actual OST. So far, Floyd is silent.
