Does anyone know the difference in what other states deem legal or illegal? I would think that every state is more or less the same regulations. And if they were illegal in NY, I'm sure it was for a reason. Personally, legal or illegal, I don't think Vargas would have won that fight.

feroz was a much more skilled fighter than trinidad, he just didnt have a chin Nah, he wasn't. Tito late in his career failed in love with his power. And, forgot fundamental things, and just wanted to KO everybody. But, he was a skilled dude.
