Is/was Hamed the most charismatic fighter since Ali?

Is/was Hamed the most charismatic fighter since Ali? i think this is an interesting question, of coarse you have the likes of Ray Leonard, Roy Jones, but Leonard, whilst coming across like a nice guy, was not particularly characteristic outside the ring, personality wise, not like Hamed anyway, Hamed's entrances and interviews were worth the admission alone Lol, then we have Jones, but Jones was a bit too cautious in the ring to be charismatic imo, he fought too safe too much of the time imo. What do you think?
