David Haye vs Audley Harrison will do big PPV numbers

Did you guys see the press conference? It was hilarious the trash Haye was talking. They're already trading insults, this fight will be huge in the UK, even though Haye should of course be fighting a more credible opponent.. he will KO Harrison and possibly do more than the Valuev fight because of all the hype and trash talking that will take place from now until Nov 13th. Haye: Do you think I'll be there in 12th round taking shots still? I'll be at the afterparty. Audley: I've sparred many rounds with you, I've never tasted that right hand. On the negative stand point, if Haye does do big numbers, will he feel vindicated to demand this, that, and the other to fight a Klit? Oh you bet. Similar press conference to Lennox-Bruno, but without the charm or the anticipation. That was a real HW title fight, between 2 deserving British legends. This is a load of shit.

Trust me, this fight will sell 700,000 ppv's upwards. If it breaks 1 million I wouldn't be surprised. This is a big domestic fight, and whatever happens the belt stays in Britain. This fight will do big numbers guaranteed. Agreed. Its smart business but not the fight us boxing fans want to see. But if Haye KO's Audley in spectacular fashion it won't matter. He better fight again soon after that though, barring any injuries.

BBC sport doesn't mean **** really.. what they got MOTD and Wimbledon? they haven't done boxing in ages and losing all the sports contracts to itv/sky etc im on about the forum on the website. British sports fans go there for sports news, they read about haye v Harrison being signed, and gave their opinion on the fight. Most arent interested in paying for it.

Yes, SKY are good at promoting the PPV fights. I was in the UK when Haye fought Valuev and there were street posters, bus posters, tv ads, Haye on chatshows. It was promoted well and even non boxing fans were discussing it.
