Shouldnt Floyd be taking these random testing procedures as we speak if he was PRO OST..? Be real, Floyd never cared.. Their was a fighter who was getting all the praise, beating up fighters Floyd took longer to do, so Floyd had to tarnish his name with accusations.. ITS CALLED HATING. Why isnt he appealing to the NSAC or other bodies about making strict test? Why isnt he making any noise to the boxing community that strict test are a must? NO WORD FROM FLOYD.. I thought if they arent testing in between fights, then it really doesnt matter? So not only is Manny ducking random but he isnt testing between fights either?...okay so he's real dirty But it doesnt matter for real if he's dirty...all his fights are staged..u know Clottey, Cotto, Margarito...all top yankers...umm has anyone heard from clottey since the payday stageday? Once again...If Floyd is the only boxer willing to do the testing the sport will never be clean. In order to clean the sport fighters have to be willing to test. They have to be willing to request it in order for the sport to change. As long as top fighters are ducking test there will never be a change....Manny isnt leading by example...He's ducking..Floyd cant make FIghters request testing...U mother ****ers just said FLoyd isnt bigger then the sport, well if u know that then u know he cant do it alone...You saying one thing but expecting another.. i thought the point of ped testing was to figure out if pac was clean? a 14 day cutoff would accomplish this. if you actually did some research and tried to learn something you would find out you can't use ped's in a 14 day period and gain any benefit. this is the same reason the usada cut off testing for mosley-mayweather at 18 days. now if you just want to waste everyone's time, money and your only goal is to harass people then yea full testing is necessary to do that.

If Floyd petitions the governing bodies and gets enough fighters and promoters onboard; then boxers fighting under those governing bodies will have to go through OST testing. Also he has the power and resources to provide full OST testing for any fighters in his undercard. He has Mayweather promotions right?? So he has the power to enforce it on any fighter on his undercard. And the last point, if he really cared about cleaning up the sport why isn't he going through full year round testing?

There's lots of ways: 1) He can petition the governing bodies to include full OST testing 2) He can provide full testing for all fighter in his undercard 3) He can at the very least live up to full OST testing and and get tested all year round.
