Hes one of those guys that r just ripped. Could be the genetics. We dont how his father looks. He could be just as ripped or could have been at one time in his life. When I think of 140lbers who look like they're on roids Devon is definitely not at the top of my list.

seems like he just works hard, I don't see any signs that would make me believe that he is on Steroids, Alexander is a BOXER it is not like he is just going out and Knocking people out in 1-2 rounds and it is not like Alexander went from getting Knocked Out early in his career to all of a sudden SUPERMAN like some people

i doubt that. he'd have more of a stockier frame and much thicker around the trunk....kinda like miguel cotto, who used to be a fat kid. That is how I see it.
