Roy Jones is the BEST....his knowledge and spot on calls makes him my fav.....I also think Al Bernstein and Antonio Tarver make a better team than Lampley and Steward!!!.....I like that dude Gus who calls the Super 6 fights to...his words before the bell rang for the Ward-Green fight were funny and entertaining :lol1: does he still comment?

I voted for Big Goerge. Sure he says some dumb sh1t sometimes but he's funny and saved Jim and Larry from an assbeatin' at the Bowe/Golota riot. Big George is the sh1t!!:boxing:

many have good strengths but my favorite is bob sheridan followed by merchant...the colonel can make a crappy fight sound better,hes never bias & has good things to say about everyone...he sounds happy to be there no matter how big or small the fight is...you can always count on"these are 2 of the real nice guys of boxing"even if its tyson & berbirk in the ring(2 convicted rapists)...merchant is just funny with all his metaphors & he sure can put a guy on the spot in an interview

He was commentating for Bernard Hopkins vs. Mercado II, I never laughed so hard man :lol1: He did a pretty decent job but it sounded a lot like he was complaining :lol1: haha I'm definitely checkin that one out! btw, what in GODSNAME was Lampley smoking during that BANG BANG BANG BANG outburst during Pacman Clottey?!

I miss George Foreman. He would always point out whether a guys body was wet or not from warming up properly. He'd make predictions judging on a fighters "wetness".

Al Berstein is my favorite. He is my choice too. Al is knowledgable, smooth, and he has no agenda.

I like Larry Merchant, he is too funny and random. I like when boxers commentate too- RJJ, Foreman, Lennox, etc.. Its nice to hear from their POV when they are the outsiders. Someone needs to hire Tyson, that alone will bring ratings- doesnt matter whos fighting!

Larry always comes up with creative but also freakin random comments! Love the HBO team + Foreman to spice things up.
