No you're wrong, OST tests all year long because most PED's are not stimulants and don't offer any real advantage during or up to a competition. In my eyes, he already HAS been exposed. Like I said, if I were a Manny, I'd take the tests, and whoop Floyd just for running my through the mud like that!
