This guy gets away with murder! The De La Hoya fight was understandable but for me it made no sense for him to fight Cotto and now to fight Margarito at a catchweight. Especially as his credited with a title even though they dont fight at the exact weight of the title in hand.
This is getting ridiculous and what bothers me even more is when some fans think its okay. This is NOT okay, and if he's fighting guys at a catchweight, no belt should be at stake.
What do you guys think?
Pac's only had 1 catchweight fight...yet everyone goes crazy. Now if this really does go through at 150lbs, it's his 2nd. While I don't feel good about that, I honestly don't think he should be fighting 154lbers when he looked like a midget in there at 147lbs vs Oscar and Clottey. You can look at it 2 ways. Either Pac is trying what he can to get the best fights possible, or you can see it as Pac shouldn't be in divisions he isn't really competing in.
Hatton did not fight Floyd at 147 because he thought he had a better chance. He fought Floyd at 147 because he wanted to win the welterweight title, in fact Hatton came into the ring lighter than Floyd intentionally because he didnt want to give up his mobility, that was the plan all through training camp. It worked pretty well, he gave Floyd all he could handle for nine rounds, of course it only took Paq two.......
And yes, Marquez did challenge Floyd, a lot of people were challenging Floyd, but Floyd didnt respond to any of them and announce his comeback until he was challenged by a fighter that everyone on the face of the earth knew had absolutely no chance of beating him, now why is that?
it was either Marquez or Mosley and he fought them back to back name the every body you speak of please
its funny because before the fight I remember lots of people saying Marquez was a hard 1st fight back from retirement

pacquiao never weighed above 135 before that fight so what is your point?
And lets not forget, Paq only had one fight at 135, before that he had never fought above 130. Yesir and many others seem to be unable to grasp or admit the simple fact that Paq did not drain DLH for that fight, DLH had already agreed to Floyds demands that their rematch take place at 147, and then Floyd retired. DLH WAS DRAINED BY FLOYD. PERIOD.
hatton asked to fight floyd at 147 cause he felt he had a better chance at beating him rather than 140. where he wanted no parts of floyd.
marquez challenege floyd to a fight at WW. not the other way around

I dont think any belt should be at stake, although more fool them for agreeing to the demands if they get their ass whooped.
Least he is fighting these guys though, cant recall many complaining when DLH got knocked out by a Hopkins who had to cut down to below!! 160.
Fair enough. Now let me ask you, who's choice was that to have the fight at 147?
What's your point? I'm simply stating that because no one in their right mind thought that Hoya was going to be healthy, he weight in at 145lbs. It's just like no one thought Manny would blow him out like that, especially moving up in weight. Now days, these fighter will do anything for money...
Right my bad, the Oscar fight was not a catchweight. However, we all saw how seriously weight drained he was.
But putting that to one side, fighting Cotto and Margarito at catchweights then getting titles in them weight classes is a joke.
No one should justify this, had this been another fighter, there would have been an uproar.
Though the De la Hoya fight was at 147lbs...he hadn't fought at that weight since 2001. So do you people honestly think he would have made 147 healthy? Plus it was to the point he was fighting once a year.

marquez used to weigh 140 plus during fight night when he was at 130. Fighters rehydrate but it does not mean thats there weightclass. Fighters at 147 rehydrate to 155-60
Have you seen his fight night weights when he was at 130?

the oscar fight was NOT a catchweight fight but agreed this fight being at a catchweight is a joke considering even if it was at 154 neither pac nor margarito deserved a shot at the title to begin with. Pac and Arum looking like major punks!!! Now i know how floyd fans must feel about their own fighter when he acts like a pussy...
LOL Floyd made Hatton and Marquez fight outside of their weight. De La Hoya WANTED Pacquiao at a catchweight.
Floyd: Hatton, Marquez
Pacquiao: Cotto, Margarito
Stop trying to distort the facts.
Talk about distorting the facts. YOU are better than this. You KNOW good and well that Hatton didn't want to fight Floyd when they BOTH were at 140 pounds.

Like i said before, Dela Hoya could have come in at 147 during the offical weigh in and be around 160 during fight night. But he over did the "i can still make 147 with no problem".
Some or most of us assume that Oscar would weigh in at 147 during official weigh in. That is the most reasonable thing to do if your going down in weight. Everyone was suprised that Dela Hoya was way below the WW division.
And you know also that Pac's last fight was at 135, not 147, before facing Oscar.
oscar hadnt fought at 147 in over 7 years. yes, it was a catch weight for dlh. so much, he damn near killed himself over dehydration

At least all the PED experts are making a comeback.
Lol. Winstrol V is used as a "cutting" agent by bodybuilders and has pretty shitty effects in terms of mass. Besides, you'd have to combine anti-estrogen drugs to keep the effects.
Stanazolo. Lol!!!! EPO and HGH at least are debateable. But winny v!?!?
Idiots.
This is what had me LMAO off at his post the most, "massive increases in STRENGTH and SPEED"..........
Word...............
This thread delivers a big FAIL.
FLOMOS hit all time low with this one!
I mean when you think that they cant get any lower, then they come out with something like this!
