A small 138lbs fight night Pac absorbed a perpectly timed right hand from Morales and he still threw 3 punches :D :D
Juan Manuel Marquez has underated power in his right hand. just look for a ROund 1 KO off a Jack Daniels or Johny Walker. He was able to woble pac but never hurt him.
Pac's chin is underrated because of his KO losses and that worked againts so many fighters.
someone needs to up some gifs of left hands he took from cotto and ate em like skittles
"Eh nagugutom sabi ako eh!" The Filipino said to the Thai! Great Commercial! bwahahahhaa :blow:
Manny with the top training/nutritionists.. is at his peak/prime.
No one else seems to have a problem with wanting a fight with manny.. except one dude.
No one else seems to have a problem with OSDT with no cut off date except for Manny. :bottle:

pacquiao has an IRON chin. Look how big and solid his head and neck is.
He got koed when he was a starved young boy.
So you think granite is better than Iron? Or Iron > Granite?
hhhmm I'll take Iron :D

no bullshit when it came to fighting the Mexicans...never heard or read any Mexican fight fans worry about how much money their fighter was making or how happy their fighters had to be to get in the ring
also them Mexicans got no problem spending their time with their families
I second the sentiment. Morales was a WARRIOR.
You don't feel pounchez when you're juiced to the max. Nevertheless he knew backpedalling would be a better move than come forward again, lol. Erik got his number. /thread :loser:
LMAO!!!!
*Not putting embedded videos as Morales is one of my favorites too :D

well if montiel beats donaire, id like to pac take him on
8th Division Championship for Pac if he wins.
Montiel KTFO Pacquiao via body shot @ 118 :D :D :D
1. Morales' punch clearly threw him for a loop. He missed three straight punches and he missed them big. You never see Pacquiao miss like that.
2. Marquez does have underrated power - and he clearly hurt Pacquiao. He hit him with a couple of freight trains that I'm surprised he was able to withstand...barely. Still, this leads me to my next point
3. Pacquiao has a very good chin, but I wouldn't say it's underrated. Maybe by Floyd-stans but who cares? He can take bombs, but he can be hurt too. I wouldn't say he's quite "granite-chinned" in the same vein of Tony Margarito or Jake LaMotta.
I agree. Pac has a great chin but is vulnerable. I still get worried that he would get caught with that one shot when he fights.
Was that the same fight they both were wearing "Winning" gloves. Same gloves Pac basically says are pillows and prevented him from hurting Morales?
But yes, a healthy, properly trained fighter tends to have a better chin. Just like a fighter that is still fresh in the fight has a better chance of taking a shot than a fighter that is exhausted and/or is out of shape. Especially mentally. Mentally you have to be prepared to fight and take those punches.

I somewhat agree that Marg and Lamotta shown steadier chins on some spots. Compared to Pac.
I disagree however that Juan hurt Pac. The only time Pac was hurt was when a cut was opened in the 9th?? round that visibly bothered pac. Pac got wobled a few times but immediately settled down and continue moving forward.
I miss the days when Mexicans were Pac's opponents.
Not a single coward among that lot.
Yeah I agree. Mexicans just fight no Bull shits! Barrera, Morales, Marquez, Larios how i wish all fighter approach the fight game like them.
