I can't believe people are trying to defend floyd's actions. if you want to bash arum all you want go ahead but it doesn't change the fact that floyd has been quiet the whole time it's almost like he disappeared off the face of the earth while Arum and Ross at least were trying to get a fight done. Arum has pushed and he's pushed, knowing exactly what Floyd is like, and he's managed to sabotage the fight through antagonising the notoriously egotistical Floyd Mayweather at every possible opportunity. If he'd approached negotiations with any degree of tact and showed any hint of willingness to compromise or meet in the middle, I'm sure things would have gone a lot smoother and Floyd wouldn't have been so alienated. You could be right, none of us knows what's happened, or what' s happening. But let me ask you this; Arum has a brilliant fighter who has recently but definitely embarked on avastly different career, and who, because of that, could leave boxing at any time, whocouldn't have any more than a couple of fights left, regafdless of his supposed comment that he intends to keep fighting. And he has the potentially biggest money making fight in the history of boxing, in which all concerned stand to make the largest amount of money ever. So why would Arum sabotage this fight which would make history, with all their names associated with it for posterity? I think that this is hard to answer, exdept one way.
