Why did Mayweather take a fight with Marquez?

Pacman calls out for Floyd and Bob negotiate it. If floyd really wants to fight pacman, he should step up regardless of who negotiate it.

If Arum and Mayweather could ever put their differences aside and make the Mayweather-Pacqiuao fight it would open up all the opportunities for any Arum fighter like Cotto, Margarito etc to fight Mayweather... If Cotto or Margarito were independent like Hatton was then both would have fought Mayweather by Now, Arum is the root of most of the problems here.

A tune up against an opponent he wasn't even fighting at his natural weight. Mayweather could have atleast fought a decent WW, not a blown up one. The fight was won before it even started. Yet he had to cheat the scales which was a bitch move, and even sadder it was against a blown up opponent.
