Im pumped for this fight!!!!! Nothing screams boxing is alive and well with the news of Cotto vs. Pac at 150 pounds being a real possibility.
Team Pac already confirmed in a past article that it would be at 150 Pounds.
Poll to come.
Absolutely, and he should.
Floyd vs. JMM was a tune up. Tune ups ARENT suppose to have a chance.
The only fighter Floyd has fought in his last 10 fights who stood as much of a chance as Cotto does in the rematch is DLH. Im not for Pac rematching Cotto and Im definitely against the catchweight, but I think its still more of a challenge than Mosley, Marquez, Hatton,Baldo, Judah, Mitchell, Corley, Bruseles, Ndou or Gatti. I just think its hypocritical to criticize Pac for a Cotto rematch while supporting Floyd for fighting sub par competition.
About the fifth thread you've made on a fight that hasnt even come close to being signed yet.
Yet you once again post in it.
Bring something to the topic or go back on ignore. I dont feel like this right now.
I shouldn't let myself be dragged into bitter rivalries between Floyd fans & Pacman fans Burner,so whatever U say to defend Floyd while $hitting on Manny is none of my business!!
My post has nothing to do with Pac.
I responded to this:
"$hit, for 50 bucks on ppv,the tuneup should at least be a welterweight if the fights at welterweight!!"
A WW like who Issac Hlatshwayo?? Or how about Lovemore N'dou?
Because for July 19th those were the only tune up WW's available. Do you actually think HBO would show those fights?

difference being it wsnt for a title. u cant compare the two at all imo. its not like floyd wasnt coming off a long layoff first of all, secondly floyd has never fought marquez b4.
and u say wat u want, floyd embarassed marquez, but pac beat cotto to shit. so its really not that big of a difference like u make it to be.
Good points.
He would have a GREAT point IF Floyd was rematching Marquez at a catch weight. Like Pac would be doing with Cotto.
So its null.
so im guessing what a lot of u guys are saying is you have no problem with pac cherrypicking a world title??? lol...ok i dnt wanna hear any more shit about floyd cherrypicking fights for money. i kno he does it, i dnt excuse it. but there are so many double standards on this board its silly.

Cotto stands more of a chance against Pac at 150 than Marquez ever stood against Floyd at 147. True or false?

But why fight Cotto??
Why not Paul Williams , Berto or Martinez?
becasue he knows he can beat cotto cuz cotto is damaged goods. why not the others? elmentary my dear, he cant beat them.
martinez would seriously rape fannypacyow. williams would end his life and im even will to bet berto could get the job done. not sold on him.
