Amir Khan rushed to Hospital

AMIR KHAN has been rushed to hospital after collapsing at his Bolton home with a mystery illness. The WBA world light-welterweight champion is having extensive tests at the private Beaumont Hospital. Khan, 23, told his family he did not feel well on Sunday night. Medics are checking to see if he has a viral infection. The boxer took a holiday in Egypt following a successful defence of his world title against Paulie Malignaggi in New York in May. After returning, he flew to South Africa via Dubai to watch the World Cup. But when he arrived home he started running a temperature while complaining of feeling drained. A close family friend said: "Doctors think he may have been bitten by something on his travels. He's talking to visitors but is very weak." Think hes got AIDS

There are a lot of strange bugs out there especially in Egypt.My mother got typhoid out there when she went on holiday and it nearly killed her. It sounds like food poisoning or a virus if the story is real.

Carl Froch retaliated by poisoning Khan's food after Khan tried to shoot the plane down with a shoulder fired missile that Froch was using to travel to Denmark for the Kessler fight. If I'm not mistaken I think Khan got his training for that in the tribal regions of Pakistan.

I don't know whether he IS or ISN'T, but now that YOU mention it....there has been unreliable speculation on the BBC that he had relapsed into his old "habits" and had accidentally caught his "family member" in the scanning machine, in an attempt to send a picture to his latest girl friend........ which of course may have sent him to hospital in a hurry for..........
