8CN- It appears that Floyd wants a 60-40 split... Holyfield cuts in
EH- I don't think that's going to work. It's NOT FLOYD THAT WILL BRING THE CROWD. What makes this fight bigger than life is the good thing and bad thing. When people see Pacquiao, they look at him as the good guy, they want to see him Win Morally. These are the people that don't like Mayweather, so what make this fight big is the ultimate good and evil. It is Surprisingly that two small guys like that can bring it out. It Only Happens ONCE in a WHILE. Pacquiao has a big Crowd people that wants to see him win because of his Good Atttitude. Whoever he fights, he Gives it his All. He's Not going to go there and just put on a show that's not productive. I DON'T THINK THAT
60-40 IS GOING TO WORK.
the guy just merely stated his opinion on something he was asked for so what's the point of bashing him? if you're not hurt then just let it go. anybody is free to agree or disagree with his opinion so there's no need for violent reactions.i wasn't giving you a violent reaction----and maybe that statement wasn't even aimed at me--i see your point----it is his opinion---but to me, posters on here dwell too much on bashing floyd, then embracing him----it's disgusting--they don't have to like him, but he is one of the top stars in boxing, and after a while i guess, it just gets old---but you're absolutely right, people don't have to like him----
and i did respond to another post, not holyfield directly, so i see your point there too---lol--anyway, no worries---i thought you were bashing me---only coz you made your post right after my long one----sorry for the speculation man---
This is really a pathetic counter. You criticize spelling and use it as an excuse to call someone by a borderline racial slur. Have some respect.
I was calling out yet another posters who probably never watched a boxing match before Pacquiao, and never will again once he retires. That hasn't got shit to do with racism.
Dude's trying to tell everyone what time of day it is, and doesn't even know who Evander "Hollyfield" is. What a clown.
It's Holyfield. Evander Holyfield. I'm sure you're a pinoy fan that had never heard of boxing before Pacquiao, but please try to at least pretend, and spell the name's of boxing's great champs correctly. Have some respect.

not at all brick wall---don't think like that----my feelings aren't hurt at all---but if that's what you think, then that's what you think---so be it----but maybe, and this is just speculation on my part, you can make yourself and your last post look a little bit better if you stop worrying about how his statements make floyd fans feel, and rather worry about responding to what he claimed, and making arguments that way-----coz it looks as if you're only worried about floyd fans, and how they feel----ya dig?

Guys remember. Flomos has greater knowledge in boxing in BS/forums than Evander Holyfield, George Foreman and Roy Jones Jr. Don't forget that. That's whats happening in here and thats how they think.this is a very stupid arument on your part, but your little manny fan clan will of course agree with you----saying something about the fight is one thing, talking about a guy who wants cutoff dates on random blood testing doens't take a fighter to know if it's right or wrong dickhead----and what evander said, many people on here have said about the actual fight----numbers don't lie----holyfield isn't all of the way there anyway---you could tell after his loss to toney----also, evander has been caught taking steroid, just like toney, jones jr, mosley, and others-----for them to have been caught taking them, makes their opinions suspect, no matter how much youu agree with them----
just because they are fighters, don't make them more knowledgable than people on here----i was born into the sport just like they were----i know about the sport just like they do-----and this isn't about the acutal fight, it's about testing---they were caught cheating-----this is aboutu 60/40 in floyd's favor----did roy jones not fight hopkins for a rematch back then because he wanted 60/40 for him, and hopkins didn't want it? youu damn right--i have the press conference and interview idiot-----manny did the same thing with hatton and cotto----floyd's ppv buyrates are much greater than manny's---for manny to think otherwise is rediculous----floyd's numbers don't lie---he's the biggest star in boxing, manny isn't---his title record and fotd accolade don't mean shit when it comes to who draws more----well, maybe to manny fans---they don't really seem to think logically on here, that's for damn sure---manny fans think, and this includes holyfield, that manny being p4p number 1 makes him equal to floyd---and that's just not true---
hell, larry merchant said in a floyd fight at 130, that floyd thinks he's the best fighter, so he should get paid the most---so maybe he should have become a golfer-----in this sport, the most money goes to the fighter who puts the most buts in the most seats, and the same goes for ppy buys---floyd has shafted manny in ppv buys---in fact, floyd's highest ppv buys trumps manny buy over a million ppv buys---manny's lucky if he gets even 60/40---floyd is the much bigger star---and better skilled fighter overall---not even close---the real deal just has an opinion---that's all-----
Got nothing to say about Holyfield.
But Floyd will bring the crowd. Why? Because people want to see Floyd lose.
Thus Floyd brings the crowd. Otherwise he wouldn't have sold so much against a blown up lightweight that had skipped 2 classes and had no chance to win.
Roiders stick together....
LMAO jkjkjk
But really though...Evander is jealous of Floyd and how he has avoided having 19 baby mamas, not buying a 100million dollar house with 100 rooms for a family of 2 like a dumb ass, investing 50 million into that house, not being able to sell that house for half of what its worth, oh and did I mention buying a 100 million dollar house in the county with the HIGHEST PROPERTY TAX IN GEORGIA? and an ex wife that owns his ass after winning asettle ment for half of everything plus alamony....
LMAO
dude is a fan like anyone else... why does his opinion matter??? It's for Floyd and Manny to hash out, but when it comes to who draws the crowd the numbers don't lie
This isn't anything new. Floyd has a lot of haters on this forum, but many people in the boxing world aren't big fans of him as well. Holyfield, Tyson, Foreman, Steward, Hopkins, Merchant, and many others in the boxing world have criticized Floyd for his attitude and even fighting style. They are just opinions. Holyfield is one of my all-time favorites, but he's no authority when it comes to business. He has own business blunders to worry about, just like many other great fighters unfortunately.
If you're saying Mayweather deserves the bigger split, then this fight will never happen. That's like slapping Pac and his promoter. If you fans enjoy insisting on this PPV thing, so be it. Enjoy while it lasts.
No, i'm just arguing that Holyfield's opinion that Pac being the good guy with the more appealing style doesn't make for the bigger draw.
As for who deserves the bigger cut my opinion is clear; 50/50 split & no cut off date. If Pac can ask for a cut off date, then Mayweather can ask for the bigger cut.
