I am looking for solid facts...
What do we know for sure?
We know for SURE Haye was offered 50-50? Or has this only come out of one side? Has Haye's side even commented on the situation...?
I haven't kept up with this negotiation as much...
Just looking for a quick unbiased wrap up of the situation, and what is actually factually known.
I'm not looking for name calling in this thread, so KEEP IT OUT.
LOL.... Haye's Gays believe everything that he says. If they caught Haye banging their girl and he told them that he was just checking her for gynocological issues, they would tell him to go ahed and continue what he is doing then. It's really quite said to see his most ardent nut-hugges still not know what the "facts" are...what you can't tell for yourself at this point? Your man has been calling the Klitschkos out for two years, pulls out of a fight with one with a fake injury, now Wlad calls him a bitch and gives him a 50-50 no option contract and we haven't heard a peep from Diva in two months, what else do you need to know? What do we hear from Haye's camp for two months now? "His wife is pregnant, he can't even come to the phone..." LOL? Is anyone but a retard buying this excuse?
I think spending some time with his wife and baby is a good enough reason for why he has stayed quiet.
The Slave Contract was a "fact" to Haye fans, even though the terms were never really elaborated on and a guy with 2 HW fights can probably expect to get a slave contract from a guy who has been dominating a division for half a decade.
However, now when we are hearing actual details about a contract Haye fans are saying its not "fact" even though no one is contesting it. If I am talking to you in front of your mom and I say that I pounded her and used her up, and she just sits there...are you going to assume im lying? Of course not, youre gonna be like, well she has plenty of chance to deny it, clearly he did pound her. Haye is just sitting there not commenting on a thing thats being said.

Gaining a title from Valuev has changed Haye's game. He no longer needs to try to get a Klit into the ring, thus, the reduced antagonizing, etc. He is now in the business of maximizing profit while minimizing risk = fight Audley.
Only a true Klit nuthugger would believe that Vlad was putting all of his titles on the line and offerring a fair deal at 50-50 with no clauses.Next thing, they'll be saying that Vlad offered to fight him in London.
Does he have a wife???? I thought he was a homo.
I didn't know he was married either until i saw this.
"Haye missed the lunch to look after his sick wife Natasha, following the birth of their daughter Sienna."

Maybe he has stayed quiet because his wife has just gave birth and he wants to spend time with his family?

We know what klit's side says and that's what Tunney outlined. Haye's side has said next to nothing which basically says a lot namely that what the klit's say is the truth and that Haye is looking for other options.

Yeah, but I think when Haye's very own manager said Haye would be looked at worldwide as a fraud and a coward if he fought Audley, pretty much means... they probably aren't looking at him as their first priority...
Money talks.
It's a low risk high reward fight and I'll be in a virtual state of shock if Haye chooses to fight a klit next instead.
That's obviously also a possibility. Yet I think Haye is going for Audley which, believe it or not, will be a big fight in Britain in the mold of Lewis-Bruno, Bruno-Bugner, Bugner-Cooper and Cooper-Erskine.

Or that, for a change they would like to stay quiet while they try to work out a deal with Vitali, which is currently in negotiations... I don't think it is so black and white just because one side is staying quiet.

Yeah, well I don't think it does.
I like to hear all the facts before I pass judgement, especially from both sides...
So far I know what the Klitschko side has said...

I am wondering if there were further stipulations in the contract besides the 50-50 that made the contract less enticing than it would appear....?
I don't know, as we don't have the contracts...
To me, I would think 50-50 is more than fair for Haye, but I can't read the rest of the contract... so I don't know.
I hope they come to terms with Vitali.
Maybe there were. They haven't said anything like that to the public so maybe that means they are actually serious about making the fight and are trying to work it out behind closed doors. I really hope so. Vitali Klitschko-David Haye? Oh man...
Fair enough, though I'm willing to take Steward's word for it. He's sometimes biased in his opinion of his fighters abilities, but I've never seen him lie about something like this.
If Haye waits too long, isn't he going to have to fight Chagaev to keep his title? Because obviously he loses bargaining power if he gets stripped.
I think pulling out of fights with both brothers is reason to call him a ducker, but maybe that's just me.
Well it looks like the negotiations for 2010 with Wlad fell through, that isn't to say Haye pulled out.. because there wasn't an agreement that was signed to pull out of.. just that the two didn't seem to be able to come to terms...
He is now negotiating with Vitali as it would seem, maybe they can get something going here.
If Haye was in fact offered 50-50 I would side with the Klitschko's on that.. I think that is more than fair, So far I have only heard this from their side, though...
I don't hear Haye's camp denying the 50-50 offer. That would've been quite a coup and I'm surprised he didn't take it. I think what's telling is that the Klitschko's realize they need Haye as much as he needs them. And they're playing a race against time; Haye wanting the brother's to slow down some more while the brother's would rather he not continue to settle in and mature at heavyweight. Waiting works in Haye's favor. That's one possibility. The other - him having no intentions of fighting either - is just as plausible.

Booth said the best route is to wait for the outcome of Vitali's upcoming fight with Albert Sosnowki of Poland. The IBF gave Wladimir a deadline of May 17 to reach a unification deal with Haye. Since that doesn't appear likely to happen, Wladimir has to defend his title against mandatory challenger Alexander Povetkin. David would like a fight with Vitali. He is better than his brother, and more experienced and he's stronger. Besides, Wladimir has to defend his title against Povetkin. I think, after Vitali's fight with Albert Sosnowski, all of us will try to make a deal for a big fight between David and Vitali Klitschko.
And, as Tunney confirmed, they are still in negotiations for a Fall fight...

No, I am just looking for EVERYTHING that we know.
And, as Tunney just said:
"There are still negotiations between Vitali and Haye for a fall fight."
I don't see a reason to call Haye a ducker or a coward... just because he's been keeping quiet during negotiations.
We have only heard from one side.

So by facts, you mean coming from Haye's camp, because clearly they're not going to be biased either.
Haye's silence, especially after the noise he's been making since before he fought the mighty Monte Barret, is a bit telling to me as well.
No, I am just looking for EVERYTHING that we know.
