You can never know for certain unless you see for yourself. but if a sparring partner or trainer tells you, "Look man, this guy is on dem thangs" then you're going to want to be sure. That's what the testing is there for - a deterrent. I feel you, i think i jumped a bit ahead of this post, I will wait a second.
