During the time period of 1967 to 1970, Muhammed Ali was not allowed to box. This was during the prime of his title reign and just about his physical prime as well.
Can you imagine Ali's "What-if" era? What if Ali hadn't been forced to stop boxing? Who would he have fought? Who would he have beaten? Could he have lost to any challengers at that time?
Thoughts?
Ali lost to nobodies like spinks, got floored by weak nobodies like chuck wepner, and made excuses when he lost. He also wouldnt give foreman a rematch. He was a great boxer, but still overrated.

what an asinine, fanboyish statement
kill yourself fool
immediately
Frazier whooped Ali's ass in the 3rd fight.
Ali's dirty tactics won him the second fight.
Ali did not use dirty tactics.
Ali wooped Frazier in the 2nd and 3rd fight. Compare the state of Ali's face and frazier's face after the fight.
Frazier was shot in the last fight but still managed to whoop Ali until he lost his vision. Ali wanted to quit.
Frazier took Ali's 0, he is Ali's daddy.
Frazier took the zero of someone with a three year lay off.
Ali was also past his prime/shot so it balances things out.
Ali was winning the fight for the 14 rounds and Frazier was a dead man by the end of the 14th. He would have got knocked out in the 15th.
Ali did not want to quit. That is a myth that has been spread around from that bullshit documentary.
Enjoy eating a 2:1 ratio of ass wooping from the greatest of all times.

First of Ali fought Spinks with Parkinson's syndrome/old age and still won. Ali was essentially a shot fighter when he fought Spinks. Floyd would never accomplish anything like that because he would run away and retire.
Chuck wepner didn't floor ali, I watched the fight myself and he clearly slipped. In other words it was a bullshit "knockdown".
Ali never made excuses, he fought the best and took on all the challenges.
Foreman didn't deserve a title shot because he was beaten by someone (can't remember his name) and Ali fought the person who beat him.
Ali was not overrated. He was the greatest of all times because he proved it.
Meanwhile floyd mayweather has yet to top Ali's resume and even if he fights another 10 years, he won't do it. Why? because he would continue to cherry pick.
"undefeated don't mean shit"
Muhammad Ali isn't overrated. It is impossible to really overate him. If you call Ali overrated then Ray Robinson is also overrated.
The reason why people praise him so much is because he REALLY ACTUALLY was that GREAT.
The same can't really be said of the person in your avatar.
Also something for you to think about: Muhammad Ali was the THREE time LINEAL heavyweight champion of the world.
Did floyd mayweather/pacquaio unify their respective divisions when he moved up in weight?

Frazier beat him...
Yes, but he avenged the loss, just like when he lost to Spinks.
If Ali had stayed retired after beating Spinks in the rematch, he would've retired as current and 3 time HW champ having beaten everyone on his resume (ala Lennox Lewis).
Not too shabby.
Ali was overrated but come on that is just ridiculous. You must be related to frazier. :thumbsdow

I think Ali would have been exposed as the fraud he was in those 3 years. He would have been clownstoped by Norton, like he was 3 times. He probably would have been KO'ed by a 185 pounder just like he was by Henry Cooper when Dundee cheated and ripped his gloves and gave him smelling salt...hmm...why is Ali retarded today? Could it be he took illegal substances to keep his body going even though his brain was telling it that it was damaged? The best part of the Cooper fight is when Ali stands up in his corner and thinks that Dundee is Cooper and tries to fight him. This was a 185 pound british guy with no muscle, balding, out of shape, and with little to no skill. Ali wouldnt have won so many gift decisions as he probably wouldnt have had such big support from the black panthers and islamic groups who would fix his matches.
Ali was a joke. Most real boxing fans know this. He's like the Da Vinci Code of boxing, sure everyone knows about it and people who dont normally partake in reading checked it out, but people who are actually learned on the subject just think its trash worthless cowardly trash.
Is that you larry holmes?

is this Marvin Frazier?
Ali would have continued his domination over the sport, and beat every challenger with ease until the 1970s. He would have also beaten frazier the first time around, and would retire earlier not having to proove himself to all.
There are too many variables to say whether he would've gone undefeated or would've gotten beaten. What was almost a certainty though was that he would've fought Frazier during that time and that would've been one hell of a fight.
