Andre Berto
Omar Henry
Saul Alvarez
Paul Williams
Guillermo Rigondeaux
Devon Alexander
Timothy Bradley
Amir Khan
Victor Ortiz
Andre Ward
Andre Berto- moves up to 154...start's losing.....get called a hypejob
Omar Henry- no where speical, don't see him getting a title shot or nothing
Paul Williams- belt holder at 154 hell probaly dominate the division. but i see people start to relize he isn't all that.
Guillermo Rigondeaux- top 5 p4p, belt holder
Devon Alexander- best of the 140, possibley he'll fight kahn and bradely at this point
Timothy Bradley- see him fighting berto and staying in WW for a while. (can't see him at past the 40's)
Amir Khan- i got a feeling he'll leave roach for a new trainer and be an HBO cash cow.
Victor Ortiz- still saying he don't deserve to be hit
Andre Ward- between him and direll both of them can be the best SMW since roy jones. i see ward either winning the tournoment or coming in second.
i don't know nothing bout saul alrvez so cut me some slack
Andre Berto if he's matched up carefully he can still be a beltholder wherever he is. i like the guy but he's a jeff lacy waiting to happen. keep him away from anyone who's ever been described as slick
Omar Henry no idea. i like him from what little i've seen. but no idea
Paul Williams maybe a trilogy with maravilla. i think he loses the second and wins the third against a slightly faded martinez. then again pwill isn't gettin any younger either. either way, he'll still be on top at 154-160. i hope
Guillermo Rigondeaux heavyweight champ. but seriously he's a beast. the skies the limit.
Devon Alexander the man at 147
Timothy Bradley the man at 140
Amir Khan shopworn from all the kos he's got coming
Victor Ortiz the next pavlik. i don't think he's got the heart to rebound from another loss
Andre Ward possible p4p champ. if he wins the super six and moves up to beat dawson he could probably call it a career and still get in the hof
Andre Berto
Omar Henry
Saul Alvarez
Paul Williams
Guillermo Rigondeaux
Devon Alexander
Timothy Bradley
Amir Khan
Victor Ortiz
Andre Ward
Berto- Still undefeated from milking his belt.
Henry- Belt holder at 154.
Alvarez- One of boxing biggest draws.
Williams- P4P Number 1.
Rigondeaux- P4P Number 2
Alexander- P4P Number 3
Bradley- Top 10 WW.
Khan- Top fighter. Loss to Floyd.
Ward- Top 5 P4Pounder.
Ortiz- Good fighter.
I agree with the majority of what you said, but I think Alexander will be better than Khan and Ortiz.
It's possible and I really can't argue with that, seeing that Alexander is very talented as well as a hard working. I'm just extremely high on Ortiz, despite what happened in the Maidana fight. Talent wise, Ortiz is better than alexander and is more skilled as well. I also feel he has a higher ceiling, bu again that is just my opinion on things.
I just bolded the names and fill in my thoughts afterwards.
I agree with the majority of what you said, but I think Alexander will be better than Khan and Ortiz.
Andre Berto: Top of Welterweight division. Probably a hype job.
Omar Henry: I don't know.
Saul Alvarez: Being revered as the next Chavez or some shit.
Paul Williams: Still being ducked.
Guillermo Rigondeaux: Irrelevant. He would have like 15 total pro fights by then.
Devon Alexander: Top of the JWW division and/or WW division. Possible p4p #1.
Timothy Bradley: Retired or on washed up avenue.
Amir Khan: Elite fighter. Will rival Devon but not be on his level.
Victor Ortiz: Cusp of elite.
Andre Ward: Possibly the best SMW. Depends on Super 6 result.
Don't quote me on this. I don't want this shit to be bumped 3 yrs from now and someone shitting on my post.
Berto:High possibility, I only see him at the top as a hype job though.
Henry:Haha, fair enough
Alvarez:Possible
Paul Williams:I think with how much damage he takes and how often he jumps weight he'll be far past his prime by then.
Rigondeaux:He said he wants to fight for a title within 8 pro fights.
Alexander:I agree top of JWW, but I don't see p4p #1.
Bradley:Bradley will only be 29, I think he'll still be decent.
Amir Khan:Most likely
Victor Ortiz:I think he'll be on par with Khan just below Devon
Ward:I'm not sure about best SMW, but I think definite title holder if the belts are not unified.
Andre Berto-not much improvement than where he is at now. Actually he will get exposed soon as he steps up his competition...possible knocked out.
Omar Henry-on the cusp of being a top fighter, but still not there yet.
Saul Alvarez-still a baby and I see him maybe as a major belt holder, but still in the building stage of his career. 3 years = 22 years old, and I see him being brought along slow.
Paul Williams-not too high on Paul. Basically where he is at now, talent/skill wise and as the MW champ, because I feel he will outgrow welter maybe as early as next year.
Guillermo Rigondeaux- I really wish he would have went back to roach, with that said, its a toss up because there is areas of his game he needs to refine if he wants to be elite. Roach would have gotten him their, but him switching trainers the way he has isn't very good as far as his career is concerned.
Devon Alexander-future P4P star and in 3 year he will come full circle (if he continues to work hard and improve). Him, Ortiz, and Khan will be a 3 headed monster at WW, although I see him being ranked below the two mentioned 3 years from now.
Timothy Bradley-Very good fighter who is improving skill wise, but he has already peaked physically. He is learning the art and science of the sport at a rapid pace but I feel Ortiz, Alexander and Khan just have him beat athletically and possible skillwise. He will still have the capacity to beat those guys, it's just I feel they will be better than him 3 years from now.
Amir Khan-him and Ortiz have the highest ceilings at 140. Khan has the best trainer in boxing and he will more than likely be boxing's biggest star/draw 3 years from now. I actually see him being his own boss and having epic wars with Ortiz, Alexander and others. He will be possible lose to a close fight to Floyd next year, and then go on the rule WW, then 154 3-5years from now.
Victor Ortiz-super talented kid, and his only issue is his desire to be great. I really wish he was with Top Rank, but I digress, and look for him to get back to his pre-maidana form real quick. I truly believe he is better than anyone at 140, he just has to want it, and if he does he will walk through a maidana rematch, beat bradley and alexander and be the top WW in 3 years.
Andre Ward-I need to see him against Green first. He has the talent and skills to compete as high as HW (although against a smaller guy like Adamek etc) but no one nows exactly how talented this kid is yet.. His fight with Green, Dirrell, Bute, and Dawson will tell us all we need to know, and if he passes those test with flying colors, he may end up as the best fighter in the sport 3 years from now.
