The reason I state UD (possible if no stoppage) is because Manny is in a weight division where he will always be fighting guys who are bigger than him. If DelaHoya or Cotto provided more push back (challenge) then they might have finished the fight. Clottey decided to want to fight a fight so that he can just finish the fight standing and did so. So expecting that Floyd would provide Manny with a bigger challenge, I would not rule out UD.

Manny didn't finish Marquez because: 1) Marquez is a very good defensive fighter. Yet Manny did manage to knock him down in both fights. 2) Manny fought Marquez at Marquez's best weight. Floyd vs Marquez shouldn't even have happened..... I say this for many reasons but especially for the fact that Floyd was the bigger guy who made sure he was even bigger by adding a last minute clause in the fight so he can come in over the weight limit. Even with this enormous advantage for Floyd, he still did not KO Marquez either. All that being said, Floyd also has this size advantage over Manny. That will be what makes me favor Floyd over Manny. If Manny can overcome Floyd's size like he did against Cotto and Delahoya then it will be a very interesting fight.
