Anyone remember this one? This is when Haye stalked Klitschko at a charity event in London. At the time, it got plenty of people excited and there was a new breed of Haye fanboys created.
People talked shit about how Klitschko was scared and such.
Haye seemed desperate to fight Klitschko then, knowing that Wlad had two mandatories to take care of.
When it came down to it, Haye wasn't that desperate to fight.
I always found it strange that people thought Klitschko was scared of Haye, considering he was determined to fight a much better fighter, Lennox Lewis, when he was champion.
The moral of the story; Talk is cheap.
Thats why klitschko kept saying "GET IN LINE....GET IN LINE" :fing02:
That's the thing Wlad has integrity he says it like it is, he had mandatories but he also made concessions to fight Haye and then Haye backed out. Twice.
Wladimir never bullshits he's a great person. Is respectful, skilled and does alot of charity work - all round nice fella.
Haye.......well Haye uses his mouth to extract millions of pounds from boxing fans who don't know any better and doesn't give a crap about anyone but himself. Sadly.
Haye should thank his lucky stars Wlad is nice. if Haye pulled that shit versus Ali; Ali would have turned up on his doorstep with the press in tow and a giant rubber dildo to beat Haye down with.
Welcome to Haye land, where it's all about publicity and not fighting. Or, once you get in the ring with the worst heavyweight champion in years, just run for 12 rounds.
