That is not true right there. See that is a way to taking away Pac achievement. He only won that cuz he is more popular, or poor Floyd everyone is against him. A bunch of nonsense. if FOTY and FOTD were to go to his the most popular then Oscar De la Hoya would of won FOTD in the 90's.
