I wasn't shitting on either fighter, I was saying its near impossible for someone to get a KO when the other simply doesn't want to get hit to avoid that happening. Clottey shelled up, but lets be real man, Mosley was getting pushed back by Floyd... Mosley ALWAYS fights back, watch his DLH fights, Cotto, Margarito hell ANY fight he's been in he's come back with fire except this one because he didn't want to get KO'd. Clottey not throwing any punches and shelling up is the equivalent of having Mosley retreat without firing off any shots.
To me the difference was that Mosley just plain couldn't get shit off. He was fighting tight, because of Floyd's speed and inclination to keep fighting and counter- he wasn't running- and later on, Shane just couldn't figure out any way not to lose every exchange. I mean, he was beaten mentally in the ring.
Clottey, on the other hand, was beat mentally before the fight. By the hype, the media, by Pacquiao's status and the new Cowboy's stadium; he decided he'd lose every exchange before he fought.
Mosley was beaten by in-ring intimidation.
Clottey was beaten before he even got into the 1st round.
That's how I see it.
I don't think Mosley's loss should be compared to the reason and method to Clottey's loss. Clottey didn't show up. He was intimidated by Manny and went into his shell with no intentions of coming out. Joshua just didn't want to go down like everyone else; that was the only victory he sought.
Mosley, on the other hand, came out sharp and wanted to win. Anything in the later rounds that suggested his fire was burning out was due to Floyd's breaking of his will. Floyd fought a great fight and imposed his skills on a game fighter.
No shame on Manny, but his guy didn't come to fight like Shane did, so all he could do was win a boring fight.

Did you just describe the Floyd/Mosley fight or Pacquiao/Clottey, I'm having trouble figuring out which it was since it was the same exact fight. Did it possibly ever occur to you that neither opponent had ever been KO'd in their careers and that they didn't want to risk getting KO'd after about 4 rounds? Not just Pac fans but people who don't know shit about boxing need to just stop replying.

Round 2 had more action than I seen in most of Fraud's career. The rest of the fight followed script. Fraud having his man where he wants him. Can do anything he wants and yet STILL doesn't put him away. :SIGH:  But that's ok, just outboxing an opponent is good enough for his fans. I can watch Friday Night Fights and watch some bums outbox each other also and get the exact same feeling I got watching Fraud do it. Get me? :banghead:

Does Top Rank do HD?
I am hoping to see these fights with the bells and whistles.
I think the card is really good.
I probably will watch Cintron-Williams later simply because I am not terribly interested in Cintron and all the chances he's gotten.
Im hoping its in HD.
Im also hoping that I can see Will-Cintron and Margs fight.

You get HBO 2?
lolol Jack this bastard better "back" like foreal foreal. Hes been my boy ever since he raped NSB 's favorite son at the time in Cotto. Then the wraps turned me off. He better light it up tonight...lol.
I actually don't think he cheated really, but that's just me. The thing they found on his wraps were calcium and sulfer. Only the ingredients of plaster, but not plaster itself.
I still don't like Margarito anymore though, because he abandoned the hard work that got him to the top. And it showed against Mosley. Does anybody honestly think the guy that brutalized Cotto would struggle with somebody like Mayorga the way that Mosley did? Margarito has way better boxing skills than Ricardo does. If he didn't, he wouldn't have a KO win on his resume over Sergio Martinez. The Margarito fans on here need to take all this as a compliment.
Its natural Burner.
Margarito is the monster under the bed, the alligator in the sewer, the talking doll the closet.
And now he's back.
:headbang:

you should stop watching boxing if you think mayweather vs mosley was a boring fight
You know whats funny though. On facebook, Myspace, and Twitter all I keep hearing is how boring the fight was. I guess because Mosley just didn't do anything after the first 2 rounds.
if it was on hbo or showtime i would watch because im interested in how margs comes back but im not going to pay to watch when williams cintron in on regular hbo. if anyone has a stream later on i would appreciate one.

Try KOing someone who is constantly hugging you whenever you land a decent shot, and has no desire in exchanging in the later rounds. In one of the rounds Floyd even told him to stop running and fight (yes, Floyd told another fighter to stop running), yet Shane kept trying to rape him.
Naazim even told him to pull a Mayorga in round 12, yet instead he pulled a John Ruiz to prevent from hitting the canvas.
Because you used to be a fan of the guy or secretly still a fan.
Plus you know Margarito winning makes the WW division a lot more exciting.
I'll openly admit that I am one of these people. As much as I do not respect him for what he did, I can't help but want to see him fight again.

I'm not..I don't support cheaters. I love watching Boxing or any sports for that matter, but i am not a desperate fan..
So i guess you did not watch the admitted PEd user Shane last Saturday. :)
Because all you people are true fans of boxing, not just casual fan. So it does not really matter to you whether the match involves a previuosly cheater (plaster man) or an admitted PED user fighter, you still crave to watch this fighters fight because boxing is you life. :)
