he has a reason to ask? still don't know what that reason is. because pacquiao is fighting good? need more than that. hell pacquiao was willing to give him 2 blood tests at the start of training camp and in the middle of training camp as well as one right after the fight. also unlimited urine tests. that should have been good enough. pacquiao should have just agreed to whatever floyd wanted since it is a lot of money. floyd should have just taken whatever pacquiao was willing to compromise to. both these idiots are lucky mosley and clottey didn't have what it takes to beat them. they would have lost a ton of money. The only person that can clean up this mess is Manny Pacquiao, you can't refuse drug testing and it is a terrible battle to pick as it is an unwinnable fight. It is better to cut his loses.

It's obvious Mayweather is turning down 40 million dollars, not because he's scared of Pacman, but because he's scared to lose. Fight Pacquiao and be done with it. You're the one that is all talk about the money. That's pretty much it. I see the fight 50-50 on who would win. that's to much of a risky for floyd. If Floyd loses there goes his main attraction. Floyd's not particularly good looking (Oscar) He's not exciting (Tyson, Pacquiao) He's not even really all that clever with his trash talk (Ali) he doesn't showboat (Ali, Leonard, Jones). people pay to see if he can be beat. funny how it only mattered now. i guess the previous 40 opponents were positively , 100% not on roids. He feels he has a reason to ask besides after this whole ordeal he really has a reason to ask. Honestly, I don't even think it's about cheating. Floyd looks good by "cleaning up the sport" and he can make pacquaio look bad. I don't think Floyd is scared to fight a pacquaio who doesn't submit to USADA testing, he just knows it's smarter to fight the one who is subjected to that testing for several reasons. 1 He gets credit for cleaning up the sport, 2 it's a negotiating tactic, and 3 if it actually cleans up the sport that is certainly something mayweather is for. But the first 2 more importantly. True, Floyd has the moral high ground in the worlds eyes now.

level playing field is important and on top of that more testing is better for boxing the way athletes are juicing this day i could also say pac as the face of boxing owed it to the sport that has giving him so much, that he could of say yes to the test and show the world that the sports top boxers are clean

Guys, roids can only do so much. We have seen examples of roided fighters who have lost (Vargas) or looked sluggish (Mosley) both vs De la Hoya. Pacquiao could be having scrambled roids on toast every morning for all I know, but even in my most anti-Pacquiao days even I recognized he is a great fighter.
