Fair enough.
And, I think you could be right. I am not saying that is right. But, it just crossed my mind.
i think it would have went through everyones mind at some stage........think about what Floyd said......."We have no idea how many fights Shane won where he could have been on enhancement drugs" and it's literally true......we really have no clue......at all.......if boxing had USADA testing standards they would have back tested all of Shanes B samples for "the clear" and we would then know (for the most part)
re-watch Mosley v Cotto.....he was tired by rd 3 in that fight too.
Yea I have to watch that fight again. Also cuz I told savorduhflavor that I will. I just haven't gotten around to it.
nah...i think he gets tired.....iv'e seen him tired in other fights......i just think Mayweather getting off first and being stronger than SSM thought on the inside exacerbated the fatigue......also he knew he was losing and this was the biggest figth of his career.....so mentally that had to take a toll in the middle rds.....he was desperate to try to do something, but floyd kept popping him first.
Fair enough.

I thought that too when I was watching the fight. I mean he looked tired after round 3. Floyd might be great and all but he is not that great to make a fighter who is suppose to be in great shape tired after 3 rounds.
I just found it strange. But, again I am not saying this is the case. But, like you it crossed my mind also during the fight.

Maybe cuz he took OST?
Meaning that he could not take any PED's for this fight?
Remember that Zab Judah asked for blood testing and Golden Boy refused it.
Now I am not saying this is right. But, I am just throwing out there. Is it too far fetch to think that is the main reason that he got tired so quickly?
....then again....once a cheater.___________________?
Jro, that was on my mind throughout the whole fight. I PM'd someone else who also agreed.

The blood drained excuse is lame bullshit. I'd believe weight drained (and I don't) before I believed that. Mosley lost to a better welterweight who is a lot closer to his prime.
Oh and about age being a factor???? Put Mosley against Margarito again and see what happens!! Same outcome!!!!! Styles make fights!! Remember that!
i dont think that fight will happen again. marg needs to retire
don't know but it was very weird. Mosley's mouth was wide open in the 3rd and he looked terribly gassed. I leaned over to my friend in the 3rd and said "Molsey is done. For some reason he looks really gassed and tired." and this is right after I got off my chair in the 2nd round and cheered Mosley on to finish Mayweather.
I really don't get why Mosley got tired. It was the 3rd round and he wasn't even that active. it wasn't like a hearns-hagler active first 2 rounds. Mosley had some big punches, but it wasn't nearly enough to make him gassed. Either the blood tests took a toll on him, or he has out grown that division and he was too weight drained.... or both.
he didnt even have the stamina at the end of the 2nd round..... thats un-mosely like at all
