DelaHoya was within 147 a week before the fight. That means they prioritize making weight. That was not his optimum weight at that point of his career but he wasnt drained. Drained is like Pacquiao againts Medgeon. Speed, Angles and Workrate did it for DelaHoya.

Floyd drained DLH. That is right, before Paq fighting DLH was even a remote possibility the rematch between Floyd and DLH was set for 147, after Floyd retired DLH considered fighting the winner of Cotto vs Margarito at 147, then decided that was too tough and picked Paq as his next opponent. DLH had already been drained by Floyd before the Paq contract was signed.Huh? I like turtles.
