A super six at welterweight

Mosley Pacquiao Mayweather Cotto Clottey Margarito Just imagine; no BS. everyone fights everyone. that would be sweet.

140 might be the most interesting boxing-wise, but 147 would have the best storylines by far. Pac, Mayweather, Shane, Cotto, Berto and Clottey or maybe Margarito, seeded in that order. There's the obvious Pacquiao-Mayweather thing, the possibility that Pac ducked Shane, Cotto's been searching for a fight with Floyd forever and was a destructive force before he was fed to Margarito. The tournament could be a redemption for him or it could end his career. Then there's the Cotto/Clottey or Margarito rematch, two fights that both parties want to happen. Berto and Shane missed out on a good fight, etc. That would be rich. And I want to see Berto get his ass whupped and exposed.

jww would be better suited or lightweight jww we could have devon alexander tim bradley maidana joan guzman amir khan(we all know he wont enter) ortiz(instead of khan) paulie malanigi or judah that actually sounds much better. Jww would be a great tourny

It works as long as Mayweather and Paquiao are not involved.

Now Valero and Funeka are outta lightweight and JMM fights the big fights there could be value in a super six in that division. Soto, Guzman, Katsidis, Moses, Mitchell . . .

They should do this. What do you guys think? I like your list, especially Tapia who is much forgotten. I would add Emmanuel Augustus, not for his wins, but for his great skill and the entertainment he gives us. A world champion if he'd had good management.........

the WWs are the glamor division right now. they don't need a super 6 to sell. i agree with this, but it would be cool they had one.

it should defo happen after floyd shane and pac all fight one another and retire. then the division will be there for the taking by anyone meaning a tournament can be created, they can use super six to see what to do and what not to do for their (prob hbos) tournament.

It could never happen considering getting Pacquiao and Mayweather to fight each other without a tournament is hard enough. Plus, Mosley, Pacquiao and Mayweather are the best Welterweights. There is a huge talent gap after them. The best Super Six I can think of is: Clottey Collazo Berto Mosley Pacquiao Mayweather Which is very unappealing to me.
