Well I just watched it back to back twice and Froch won I think.
Remember I won that money on Kessler; I'm impartial here but I gotta be honest after rewatching the fight a few times.
First lets define that I score fights based on effective punches thrown not just thrown punches and I think oversall Froch was more consistent. Many of Kessler's punches were glancing, even the flurries whereas Froch connected with heavy bombs far more often even wobbling kessler a few times. Not only that but when they stood toe to toe jabbing Froch easily caught Kessler as they both threw at the same time.
Twice Froch caught Kessler and majorly wobbled him. Why he didn't finish the show I don't know though. But he caught Kessler flush on the face at a good few times whereas in my mind kessler only caught Froch equally well the once in the middle rounds.
I had Froch 2 points up into round 12. Round 12 I scored for Kessler so Froch won by one point in my eyes.
I'm not angry nor bitter; why would I be? i made money I'm just saying Froch won that fight & got jobbed. But then boxing is as much business as sport today.
Great fight though and the true winner were us - the fans!
I made money on Kessler as well though I got the sense that Froch may have won. I'd like to go back and watch it again. However, knowing it was in Denmark with a couple of clown judges there was little doubt that Kessler was going to get the nod in such a close fight.
KESSLER gave him a boxing lesson, period!
FROCH style is terrible,he fights like DI CAPRIO from BANDS of NEY YORK movie.
you're a terrible poster but this shit was hilarious :lol1:
it was a very close fight similar to williams martinez. i think a draw probably would have been warranted. froch worked his jab well and kessler worked the body well. while both landed their fair share of punches froch seemed to pick his punches better unlike kessler who flailed a lot. check my signature about froch and you will see i think he clearly lost to dirrell and this is my honest take.
froch has now lost twice in a row...perhaps he should consider retirement.
is that what you would do, what a pussy comment. Thats th problem with a lot of fans. If a fighter loses a fight and there not liked then there shot, funny shit.

good post m8.
I'm probably the one that dislikes Froch more than anyone in this forum and I'm sure Froch won that fight with his jab pounding Kessler's face all night.
