Superman punch is a fake kick followed by a punch basically, no kicks in boxing. So i doubt its legal. i just looked it up, and i never knew a superman punch involved a feigning kick. i always just thought it meant you leaped into the air like superman trying to **** shit up!!

The Superman punch does exist in boxing. The only reason why nobody talks about it is because it is usually not exaggerated (all MMA punching is exaggerated in comparison to boxing). Roy Jones does it often. Victor Ortiz tried it on Maidana. If you watch enough boxing you'll see it. It's just that boxers do it in a very compact motion. Boxing's Superman Punch = Quick leap forward with the cross as the lead. Nice and compact, usually followed up by the lead hand hook. MMA's Superman Punch = Giant Diving Leap with a Hail Mary Cross punch. An elite boxer would LOVE their opponent to try the MMA Superman Punch. true.. boxers are just more skilled and smarter so they know better than to jump up in the damn air and shit leaving themselfs more exposed than necessary meanwhile taking away their own ability to follow up.
