Leave this one to the experts. Ive done 1g lines before and Ive done 2.5gs in a matter of minutes. A Cocaine high is only good for 45min-1hr and then you're ready for another get out of here with that 10gs is impossible.
You could take 2.5g and loose the high fast but your body would still have the effects and especially your heart. Trust me I know peeps that do this stuff every weekend and come saturday morning their clamping their chests in pain after 4g.
If Valero was on 10g a day he'd be awake for days, malnurished and severely lethargic/underweight training camp or not.
I'm not saying he can't do alot. But 10g? i'd seriously seriously doubt it. Plus if he was that much of a coke head his cartalidge would be missing and when he boxed blood would literally pour from his nose.
Take this one with a pinch of salt guys.
P.S. Being Latin America you can be assured the shit he gets is 10x purer then we get, that's like snowballing 30g for us lol.

If thats real true, it suprises me that Valero was such a good fighter.
10g aint possible. 1g and you heart would be pumping beyond control for 6-12 hours. 4g would last you well over 24 hours and you'd have a massive heart strain after that alone.
10g? lol. Media hyperbole buddy :headbang:

10 g's of cocaine a day? How is that even possible.

And all boxing tests always gave him the clear when he was a crackhead?
That's exactly what I was thinking. Where the **** are all the sanctioning bodies and officials that are supposedly officiating these fights? Where the **** was that fat piece of shit Sulaiman when all of this was happening. He is in everybody elses business when he should be cleaning up the sport. This is the shit that bothers me. Boxing needs to be cleaned up ASAP!
i dont think an elite boxer like valero can compete at a level and be an out right addict. he obviously was disciplined enought not to tak drugs when in training. I think he was a caual user but the last few months something triggerd his spiral.
I think they embellishing it a bit, who the hell can sniff 10 grams of coke a day and be a champion boxer
I know some athletes who use coke and their careers goes downhill FAST. How can he be a crack/cocaine/heroin ADDICT and be the undefeated WBC Lightweight Champion of the world
His toughest competition to date was DeMarco, I personally believe its possible but I could be wrong. Now, say he was beating fighters like Bradley, Alexander, Maidana. Then I'd question it alot more.

this should get your Valero nuthuggers off Valero's sack. stop hero-worshiping this drugged up nutcase.

Shit is obviously crooked in his country when coming to those tests! I don't think anything suspicious happened though with his suicide. I think her murdered his wife and killed himself. I do not think anyone killed Valero, but thats just my opinion.

I think this whole incident just lets you know that you can't judge a man by how he carries himself in the ring. Valero looked like the most humble fighter when he showed a lot of respect to DeMarco after their fight, but behind closed doors he had some serious problems. It's too bad, he seemed to be on his way up in the sport.
They should do tests on Froch. Froch gets punched in the head alot, maybe somethings wrong with him and thats why his gf tells me he mumbles the name Calzaghe when he is with her.
He was not on heroin the dude was a boxer with great stamina. Also who the hell can use 10 grams of coke every day.
how do you know? heroin in the off season is perfectly possible.
people that do a lot of coke can do 10g/day. i knew this guy who would love 7g in the night hours. plus, how do we know how danced on his coke was? could have been garbage,
