Close fight Martinez was knocked down and losing the fight in the middle rounds before he showed heart and took over at the end a push fight that anybody could have got wrong Exactly. I said this a 50-50 fight. This was not a mismatch. Im wrong for picking Pavlik?

Get real. Lets not act like Pavlik didnt have a chance. I had very good reasons on why Pavlik shoudlve won. But he didnt shit happens. Everybody on this board including you get fights wrong. If we didnt I would win lotteries every day forever. This was a 50-50 fight. Since when was I a Pavlik fan. Williams beats both makes me no difference. Burner picks fights based on what would be better for his favorite fighters. Styles make fights, Pavlik would be al wrong for Williams, Pavlik couldn't really get his hands on Sergio but he sure as hell have his hands all over PWill. And Sergio already taxed that ass he got robbed but Williams knows he got beat and that he'll get beat again.

Everytime ive disagreed with you its always the fact that someones style might be more effective while i notice you focus on more obvious attributes like "power" or "speed". You can tell me to "get real" but im not the only one who notices this about you. If you go through my posts on Pavlik-Martinez I had good reasons. It wasnt some 5th grade shit like "Pavlik is God" or something. Martinez won props to him. This fight showed me how fukking good Paul is if anything. Im glad Kelly loss a Martinez rematch is easier to make.

Not just him, but alot of people don't understand that concept. There is a BIG difference in the type of pressure Williams places and Pavlik places. Martinez was going to be alot more comfortable in this fight because Pavlik isn't a horrendous pressure fighter the way Williams is, therefore, Martinez wasn't going to gas out.

Something i notice you do is you dont pay attention to the fact that styles determine fights, they determine how the fight will play out. Styles make fights, and i notice you often pick fighters based on weather or not you simply like them or you want them to win etc. You have to realize that alot of your predictions are more or less based on things you feel are intangibles you think make the fighter you like better. With the Martinez/Williams fight and now with the Pavlik/Martinez fight, i dont know if its you not respecting Martinez or what, but you need to pay attention to the styles and dont vehemently stick to one position.
